Mrs. Jessica SevinI am thrilled to be your child’s TAG teacher at Roswell North Elementary this year. This is my sixth year teaching TAG at Roswell North. I previously taught third grade for six years at Dunwoody Springs Elementary, where I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year in 2011. I grew up in Cobb County schools and attended Georgia State University where I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Education. I then returned to Georgia State for my Masters of Education in 2009. I have always enjoyed integrating gifted strategies into my daily teaching and seeing the excitement it can bring to students and learning. I am married to my wonderful husband and we have a seven year old, Logan and 2 year old, Landon who bring us so much joy! In my free time, I love to read, cook, shop, and have fun with my boys. I am so excited to get to know each of you and your children this year. It’s going to be a great year!

Mrs. Susan JohnsonWhat a joy it is to teach TAG at RNE for a fourth year! Being a product of Fulton County Schools and having been a TAG student myself, I couldn’t be more excited to be returning to my roots and teaching these brilliant students! Previous to teaching at RNE, I taught fifth grade at The Westminster Schools with a focus on social studies and language arts. Prior to that, I taught third grade for two years at Dolvin Elementary and one year at Manning Oaks Elementary, both Fulton County Schools. During that time I also attended Georgia State University to earn my Master’s degree in reading and language. I attended The University of Alabama for my undergraduate degree. Roll Tide! My wonderful husband, D.J., and my four-year- old daughter, Rachel, are the lights of my life, and I’ve never been happier. My interests include cooking, reading, hiking, swimming, and travelling. This is going to be a fantastic year, and I really look forward to teaching your child!
